He definitely was from another country with a heavy accent. He then sent me an email insisting I forward the money to him by Western Union only. He is a scam artist. He is from Maylasia and supposedly lives in Baltimore, MD. Don't send him any money. After research on the web, I found that another woman had exposed him for catfishing.
