Mr. Harrison was hired by a group of doctors working out of a North Bergen hospital that overcharged me for an ER visit to the tune of $764 for 5 mins of their time. Rather than work with me while I appealed the amount my insurance was willing to pay, they hired Harrison.
This guys's office has unprofessional bullies. The female intake person told me that if I didn't pay up immediately, they would sue me and destroy my credit. No grace period, no offer for payment arrangement, just straight to a law suit.
Sadly, I had to spend additonal money, as a result, to defend the claim, but still made payments to Mr. Harrison and eventually paid the debt in full.
Harrison apparently pocketed the money because the entire debt is still sitting on my credit report as unpaid, the courts have no record of payment and no satisfaction of judement was filed in a timely manner, which is Harrison's responsibility.
I am sure I am not the only person this guy has swindled.
The attorney general of NJ should shut his practice down.
