I received a notice from This company about a toll violation from Delaware. I live in North Carolina. I told them I already paid the toll and I have to prove to them that I paid it. However what gets me is they threatened me by saying they will notify the NC DMV and have my registration put on hold. I asked how they can do this since NC can't enforce a Delaware Law. They said they have a agreement. I called the NC DMV and they said they will not put my registration on hold for a toll in another state.
I keep getting harrassed by this "frank hamilton" saying i have a warrant for my arrrest, for me or my attorney to call this number and pay my fine or there will be trouble at my home, today i got the same text but not threatening my home like he said on the phone to me, I refused to pay and said i will have trouble at my home and cops on their way, well i called my town police they said the same guy called the chief of police and said the same thing about him. I am tired of being harrassed over this and tired of them texting or calling. the number is 903-375-7385
This company engages in fraudulent tactics and doubles and triple collects parking tickets fines for cities that contract with them, all to the detriment to the consumer. No cities should use this company. Please see their "D-" rating and complaint history on the Better Business Bureau website
Law Enforcement Systems LLC sent me a notice for collection of an ez-pass toll violation. I have an account in good standing with ez-pass since 2005. When I tried to dispute this violation online it asks for a 13-digit violation number, but the letter they sent me only has 7 digits in the violation number. I haven't had any luck trying to contact them by phone. When I ask to speak to a representative, it says next available rep will talk to me, then hangs up on me. I think they just want you to send payment without question, and I'm not doing that. I think ez-pass should get on them about this or get someone else to take care of things.
