Second; they take your money and ship a month later , all along telling you 7-10 days.
Now I have the product and they will not communicate for return.
I cancelled the order on the 11 of June and the murchandice arrived on the 22 of june.
The cc; company said said 60 limit on corrective action and i missed it by 3 days.
Why charge the cc when the product wasnt in stock ????? I told them I need the parts for a cross country tour starting on the 18 of June. So when I get home after 3 weeks on the road I find the product. But, they charged the card in May so how clever is that knowing I couldn't dispute the charge after 60 days...

These people will rip you off... Had they communicated we could have worked this out but... they took the money.
I purchased a front suspension kit and they were supposed to send two different outer tie rod ends because I was changing spindles from a different car and going with disc. They didn't send the tie rods they were supposed to send so I returned the tie rods and was told that since it was their mistake they would refund my money. Here I am two months later and getting the run around. I've been told they would email and call, neither has happened. These people are all liars because I've been told the same thing by 4 different people and none of them have followed thru. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
on 5/19 I placed an order for car parts on Laurel mountain mustang website. after a few weeks I contacted them to ask why I hadn't recieved my order--they told me the parts were on backorder. I asked that they cancel my order and refund my money. Laurel Mountain said yes, they would.
I then placed my order with CJ Pony and had what I needed in a few days. after another week or so I checked my account and I had not been credit for my return. I again contacted Laurel Mountain Mustang, only to be told they would handle the matter that day... several days later still no return! I then contacted PayPal, but since so many days had lapsed they couldn't help, I contacted the BBB, but you will be surprised to learn Laurel Mountain Mustang did not answer any of the inquires made by the BBB.
it is now almost a year later and when I log into my Laurel Mountain Mustang account my order for the parts I placed reads "Status Complete" "Ship State READY" the same status it has read for almost a year.
it is only $26.36 but it is my 26.36 that they have stolen!!!
I placed an order for an exhaust system, h-pipe and exhaust hanger kit. Called several times after not recieving parts. Kept getting told it would be shipped but it never did. After six weeks I finally talked to Kevin, the owner. He blamed it on their supplier who was not sending the parts. He told me he would refund the amount to my credit card. Called again after it did not show up on my monthly statement. I was told it had been turned over to their financial department and it could take 7-15 business days. This time has passed and still no refund. I am filing consumer fraud charges online with the Pennsylyvania Attorney General's office. I urge everyone that has been ripped off by them to do the same.
