In November We purchased a sectional couch from Lastman's Bad Boy Brampton
THAT'S WHEN IT ALL BEGAN
-Delivery never showed up when they were due by 5 pm,I took the day off work to accommodate the delivery. I called at 8pm wondering what was going on.. No answer until 11pm from delivery guy saying he cant manage the delivery tonight.
-I was told POINT BLANK by the management staff I was LYING about what was written on my bill while they had the audacity to not even look at their copy of our bill on file and insist I was lying to gain some sort of profit. Our bill stated delivery would be by 5pm. Also reverbed in INK by our sales associate to enforce the fact.
-Couldnt be delivered until a week later.
-I was ensured the couch came in enough pieces it would fit into our small apartment hallways and elevator. It did not.
-I had to reject the couch as it wouldn't fit into our building. THEY WOULD NOT OFFER OUR MONEY BACK, even though it had not been unwrapped or signed for.
-Either take 20% of the total financing as a loss or DOUBLE our budget for a new couch.
So we just settled for another model. WHICH was delivered with a bent frame...
We has just finished paying our couch off and had seen a good deal on a TV... We made another MISTAKE of ordering here.
-Was to be in store by the 10th, We called, it was still being ordering in to the warehouse. The 14th I decided TOO BAD we will just go to Toronto and pick it up.
-We were given the tv.. but something looked off. We made the mistake of taking it home to research the issue. IT IS THE WRONG TV.
Our sale associate was shown the exact TV we wanted but we wanted the 50" not the 55". He wrote down a completely different SERIES of tv and again, had the audacity to argue with me over the phone that the tv was the one we wanted just a shittier stand it sits on.
-WRONG-
We work in the field of electronics. We researched this TV for 3 months before buying it. It is a completely different TV and I was lectured over the phone to just open it and see. DO NOT EVER DO THAT, as soon as it's open it is considered yours TOO BAD. Therefore I haven't opened it.
-Now I have to drag this huge TV back to the store where I have to PROVE MYSELF and bring print offs of the differences and stake my claim.. to get what I THOUGHT was ordered as per our agreement to the series of tv that was VISUALLY RIGHT ON DISPLAY only a different size.!!!!!
MIND YOU THESE TVS HAVE A 3-400$ DIFFERENCE not just the stand but the Quad processors.. I ALMOST GOT DUPED.
But look, yet again we have been duped.. We were sucked in to the BAD BOY NIGHTMARE
We were told that we may not even be able to bring it back.. it is UNOPENED.
PS. its even last years model they no longer have in their show room...
TD financing services( who finance the bad boy cards) offered me no protection whatsoever and wouldnt even close my account before the payment gets finalized so I will probably be charged for a TV i never ordered.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR ENERGY HERE. GOOD SALES, TERRRRRIBLEEEEE SERVICE!
I will update my claim as it progresses. I hope NOOOOOBODY buys from here.
