Larry Socias continues to mail multiple, unwanted solicitations to my home despite my asking to be removed from the list. Several times a week, I receive fake "checks" for amounts like $31,935 in my name as well as fake credit cards. These unwanted solicitations appear to be an attempt to entice me to buy a vehicle from Mr. Socias at Henna Chevrolet.
I have no intention of buying a car for several more years.
And, I do not want "checks" and "credit cards" with my name and contact information to go into the trash where someone could steal them and use them in my name. I had identity theft problems several years back that caused me several hundred dollars to remove and correct.
I don't want Mr. Socias's overly aggressive sales tactics to cause me more identity theft problems.
When I called this evening to ask Mr. Socias to remove me from his list, Mr. Socias hung up on me. I then called the General Manager at Henna Chevrolet, Mark Rowe. I left Mr. Rowe a VM telling him that I was filing a report on this company.
If I receive further correspondence from this company, I will file additional reports with the Better Business Bureau and the State of Texas.
