Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Bountiful Reviews
Jul 17, 2014
This was, by far, the worst car buying experience and the worst car dealership I have ever shopped at. Suffice it to say that I spent over 7 hours there, left and returned to the lot 3 times, and ended up cancelling the entire deal at the end of the day. I found the sales staff to be totally clueless regarding the vehicle I was looking for, and they couldn't even find the keys to a car I wanted to test drive. They tried to make a key for it, but ended up setting off the alarm on it! Comically inept, I must say.
I ended up purchasing the same vehicle they were going to sell me from another dealer at a cost savings of around $1,250. Not a similar car - the exact car they were trying to sell me through the USAA Car Buying Service. The other dealer even drove it and delivered it to my house the next day, all after talking with them on the phone for only about 20 minutes. Now, that's how a car buying experience should be!
In any case, I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your new car needs. I can't speak for the service department, as I have never been there nor do I ever plan on going there. I will take the new Dodge Dart that I purchased elsewhere for service in the future.
This dealership is not an honest or good place to shop.
I purchased a vehicel from Larry H. Miller, and the experience was so-so, as they pressured me to tradie-in my vehicle for a new one until I caved. This would have been fine, except for the treatment afterwards.
Not long after (about four months) I receive multiple emails asking for them to purchase my car back. I decline as I have lost my vehicle in an accident.
After moving out of state, the dealership continues to harrass me with multiple emails and phone calls. I have called them excessively and finely had them remove my phone number from their database. I cannot get rid of them through email or post though, despite promises that they will no longer contact me.
Whenever I call now, they say that I am an enraged, crazy customer and they deal with me as though I were insane. I am perfectly sane, rational, and speak calmly to them on the phone. They just refuse to leave me alone.
