They informed me then, that I needed to call in to either accept or reject the offer of $95. of course I called in and sat through the long holding time in order to talk to someone in the purchasing department.This woman informed me that my device had already been recycled and went through a huge list of things that were "wrong" with my HTC device that made the value drop by almost 50%.
How absolutely absurd! I am still shocked at this deceiving service and bad "customer service." I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews before sending in my device as now it is apparently "too late."
