OMG-I thought this was a wonderful place but after 2 years of living here it is like a prison camp with a witch and her goonies policing and bullying the residents. Dorothy the owner is very unfair and arrogant and runs the park like she is GOD or for the better term a Devil in disguise. Find her drinking martinis and overmedicating at lunch so you better catch her in the morning hours. I truly believe that this woman thinks she is untouchable and her team of people are just as unfair and bullyish. Ask any realtor who sells in this park and they will steer you away.
Me being a realtor I know this to be true. And rules like no skateboarding...ya right they skateboard all weekend long and also her team inspects all plants and you name it and yes they peep in your property. Mine is closest to the street and I feel like they spy on me always. Your trash cans must be atleast one foot apart or you get a violation notice from the trash peeps. CRAZY PLACE. A very poorly run overpriced park with my rent soaring just two years ago to $1260. I hope this 96 year old owner retires and leaves the park to a kind hearted person...Look me up
