Lawanda Lee Osler of La Fashionistar Inc was contacted to sew a custom top on July 20, 2014 to be delivered August 1, 2014 after seeing a recommendation of her and doing some background searches. She was very courteous and responsive and we confirmed the delivery date and cost for the item. I made the payment via Western Union Money Transfer on July 21, 2014 for which she acknowledged receipt. I told her that I would not be at the delivery address for too long as I was travelling and it was important that the order was delivered on time. In addition to this, I had mad plans to wear the itm the day after it was delivered and did not bring a backup since I wanted to travel light. On August 1 to 6, 2014 I made several rounds to the mailbox to check if the item was received and it was not. I sent an email to Lawanda and she nonchalantly responded on August 6, 2014 (the day I left the address) asking for my other address. I told her to send item to the same address as it would be expensive to send to my current address. After weeks of still not receiving the item I told her to ensure that it was delivered on September 6, 2014 and today September 12, 2014 I have still not received the order or heard from Lawanda Lee Osler. I sent her several emails and facebook messages requesting a refund and she has not replied. Poor customer service of the highest order. I wish her all the best as karma is no joke.
