Big time scam..I was on Facebook when I saw an Ad for face cream from Beaute Md for a "free trial" $2.95 for a 14 day tria.l thought I had to try this what did I have to lose? Well turns out a lot. On the 14th day I called to cancel and was told over and over that it was more than 14 days and I had already been charged $89.95, which I found was true after checking my bank account. I spent about 35 minutes on the phone going through multiple people, some of whom laughed at me, berated me for not knowing "the rules" asking if my wrinkles hadn't shrunk enough for my satisfaction and on and on. I finally got someone to understand that it was 14 days, however they could only offer me a "discount" on my "purchase" when I said that was not what I wanted, they told me I could ship back my "free trial" for a restocking fee of $30.00 dollars and a shipping fee of $20.00 and I would be smarter to take the discounted offer or this would drag out for a month or more. When I said I was going to call my bank an refute the charges I was told I could and would be arrested for making a false statement, that I had clicked on a button that explained that I had 14 days to order the product, ship the product, try the product, return the product in an unopened container. When I said that was impossible I was told I should have read the fine print and there by knew that this was an expensive product that would never be given away for $2.95. Please, please don't be taken in like I was. My bank did take the charge off my account, but it took almost 2weeks and I was out $89.95 during that time.
This person just kept talking over me and would not listen to anything I had to say. What was on their web site is not the same as what was on the insert shipped with the product. Should note: today the only way you can stop payment once they have your card number is to cancel it. I am also going to follow up with a letter to the California State Attorney Generals Office, the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce. I must reiterate, the customer service individual was not interested in anything I had to say when I indicated that I wanted "all" future shipments cancelled.
Ordered a 14 day "FREE" Trial of "Extreme Muscle Pro". Called 1(855)522-4364 within the 14 day trial period to cancel all further shipments because of the cost of future shipments. Was informed that they would be charging me a $30.00 cancelation fee. When I tried to talk to the customer service individual, she would not even listen to me or my concerns. This person just kept talking over me and would not listen to anything I had to say. What was on their web site is not the same as what was on the insert shipped with the product.

I am also going to follow up with a letter to the California State Attorney Generals Office, the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce. Being a "senior" (70+), be careful of everything on the web. As I have found, they are not all honest nor are they concerned with the customer, just the profit motive.
I saw the ""Muscle Pro"" prduct offerd on the internet. The deal was a trial bottle for $2.95. There was no mention at all of any additional charges. The charge was debited out of my checking account on 3/14/14.
Today I checked my bank account on-line and there was a charge pending for $87.50 for this same product.
I will call the company tomorrow to complain about this charge. I also filed a dispute claim with my bank.
I understand there are quite a few complaints about this company and its deceptive practices.
