We bought a jamboree sport motor home from LaMesa RV on 04/04/13. We had a list of problems with the unit so took it back to get them fixed. In the mean time my husband had some medical problems and it all ended up with him having a heartattack and he was in ICU for one and a half months. When he got well we took the motor home back to LaMesa and we hoped it would all be fixed. In sept. We took it back they have yrt to fix the shower it still leaks. The sad thing is when we go pick it up it is very dirty inside and they do more damage. This has given me a ulcer and caused more problems in our home then our seven kids or eighteen Grandkids could ever think of doing. I sure hope Gary Harper can give us some advise
This terrible company sold me 24/7 emergency road side service policy.
Guess what? The policy doesnt cover road side service- its just a a broker who farms out and approves work.
I was stranded on the side of the road for days - Whne I finally got a hold of anyone at the roadside service number listed on the policy they told me that they do not honor the policy the dealer sold me ( it was outta date and services no longer available)
I called back the dealer and got the run around - then noone is availble after the receptionists asks my name.
I called LaMesa corporate office and just got the run around again. It looks like I am out the 1000.00
I was also told by the dealer that they would fix things that were broken on the RV and when I called the service department, I was told they wouldnt even look at it for less then 250.00 even though the contract said they would for no charge.
I brought my RV in for service and was told what the repair was going to entail. I felt that the problem was misdiagnosed but they insisted that they knew what the problem was so I agreed to the repair. I got the RV back home and found that I still had the same problem. I brought it back to have them correct it and they said they found another issue so I paid for another repair. Brought the RV back home again, problem still not fixed. Brought it back AGAIN and after being there for almost 2 months they told me that they don't know what's wrong with it. The service department is incompetent and the customer service is absolutely horrible. This story is very condensed from how it all played out, but was the worst experience I've ever had, and I'm out about $700 and still have the same problem with my motorhome.

Dropped off a running vehicle with malfunctioning generator.
New carburetor for generator installed for $ 621.05
paid for repair and could not get right back to pick up.
upon retreival of vehicle, flat tires, dead batteries and unable to check if generator worked?
accused of leaving RV in repair facility too long.
Drove home with one flat, soft tires and an unknown generator repair.
Customer service with an attitude. unable to start and flat tires when service center was aware of pickup in AM.
If your not spending BIG Money don't stop in this Business. they don't care about the public.
