Kurt Kaupke is now going by "Kurt Chase" - BEWARE. He is a PATHOLOGICAL LIAR in which nothing that comes out of his mouth is true. He says he is "owner" of a very well known ice cream company that is currently going through a major recall and flies around in his private jet from meeting to meeting with the government. He also says he is the "owner" of a large food distribution business based in the mid-west. He says he has a G5, with a bigger better one on order that he has a $5mil deposit on. He says he owns the yacht Triton and it is docked in the south of france near his fictitious home in Eze. He says he owns 2 large oceanfront properties in Emerald Bay/Laguna Beach, a ranch in San Luis Obispo, a 17 acre estate in the Hamptons, and other various homes throughout the world. ALL LIES. He name drops very powerful and prestigious people so naturally and is seemingly convincing until his stories do not add up. Even when confronted with the lies, he continues to tell them and say people are out to get him, sabotage, extortion, etc. This man is a psychopath who's lies are very detailed and intricate, as if he's been spinning them for years.

Kurt Kaupke claims he owns well known public companies that he doesn’t own in order to try and set up fake photoshoot with models that he wants to sleep with. He will contact a model, say he wants to use her in a photoshoot and offers them a good pay rate for the job so the model gets excited about the photoshoot. He then calls the models every single day, (he has done this with married and single girls) he turns the conversation away from business and makes it personal and the models humor him because they are afraid if they don’t they wont be chosen for the job. Kurt then brags about his multiple homes and boats and tells the models he would love to fly them out sometime to hang out with them. Every time he was asked about the shoot, or contracts or booking plane tickets to the shoot he always has some excuse as to why he couldn’t get to it. One of the models called the police on him but there was nothing they could do and even when the police called him, he denied everything despite there being emails back and forth between him and all the models. He is a disgusting human being that tries to con woman into meeting him and who knows what he would do to some poor model that actually showed up thinking it was a legitimate photoshoot.
This man is a sociopath, he believes that he owns a home inside Emerald Bay. Lie. And claimed that he owns the yacht Triton, a G5 plane, and he is pre qualified to view a 65 million dollar home. He owns Picasso's inside the yacht. Lie. Purchasing the new electric Ferrari called La Ferrari. He is the "K" on K&L Gates building. Friends with the Frittita brothers, Lie.
The real truth is he drives a rental car and lives in a $100 night hotel. And cannot afford boo the dog for his son. Santa will not come to a hotel to deliver presents, he is a horrible father who talks and brings several woman around his young son.

Beware of Kurt Kaupke. He poses as a successful business owner that owns well known public companies. He claims to know important people in the entertainment industry, politics, etc. so that you can "go into business" with him. This guy supposedly knows everyone because according to him, his company earns billions of dollars a year. If he is so successful, he would not have reported in a 2013 court document that his home was in foreclosure and that his business was slow. How can this be if his company does billions of dollars a year? You can find this in court paperwork Filed 2/19/13 Casey v. Kaupke CA1/3. He name drops to take advantage of people and to try to con wealthy people. If you research his company, he posts that his company does a $100 million but these websites are similar to linkedin. They are not verifiable. The truth is he does about $60,000 a year which explains why he is trying to con his way to the topHis business is listed under the address of 267 Sandcastle Aliso Viejo , CA; which is a 2 bedroom condo.
He claims to own homes in Australia, Newport Beach, California (on the beachfront property of course), and somehere in Arizona. None of which can be verified.
