A certified letter was sent to Visible/Kreative and the following follow-up e-mail was sent to Visible/Kreative:
To the owners and management of Visible.net / Kreative / Warhead / Captures / Storeblogs; specifically, Mr.Gil Walker, Mr. Matt Franklin, and Mr. Glen Jones:
Please accept this notice as my personal final written and expressed request for a full refund in the amount of $4,400.00, which was charged to my credit card by your company on November 08, 2013. The service this charge was billed for was a duplicate charge, previously sold to me and paid for same services.
Following the instructions and direction of the Visible staff, in which the sale was misleading, deceptive, high pressure, and inconsistent with instructions from the other staff members who led me in an opposite direction.
Despite Mr. Jones advisement that no refund will be issued, this e-mail serves as my final personal request for the sale to be fully and immediately refunded, to be mailed certified and paid by check, postmarked no later than April 30, 2014.
After the certified letter was mailed to Visible/Kreative a follow up phone call to me from a representative of Visible/Kreative, Glen Jones, did not resolve my request for refund, and Mr. Jones e-mailed me to inform me there would be no refund.
After the e-mail above was sent to Visisble.net I have received no further communication from them. (Now going under the name of Kreative.net)and no refund for this duplicate misleading charge.
