I have been playing this game for over 3 years yesterday I logged on to find that I was banned for cheating, I was shocked considering I dont cheat, I sent in a ticket asking why, no response, I sent pms to moderators asking why, no response. I call the phone number listed at their San Fransicso office its a dead recording referring back to the web site for customer service.

I have spent real money on this game which I enjoy the cheats, hackers, and bugs notwithstanding. To be called a cheat on a free game, a cheat statement on the interent is totally unacceptable considering I am innocent of any such action. For a company to take payment and then without notice of any kind cancel my access to said account that has a positive balance and then say sorry no refunds is in my opinion Fraud! For a company to accept payment for services allow said services to be utilized and then without just cause after the fact cancel said contract without cause or explanation is fraud plan and simple!

For a company to refuse contact of any kind, refusing to be accountable for their actions is totally unacceptable. If I was aware that this company has no accessibillity for communication other than a possible email response well I would not have explored doing business with this company!

I for one will not accept my integrity and good name be tarnished in such a manner and I will not stop until I get satisfactcion!

was attacked in sector 369 by a hostile Clan by name of Mad Army... the sector clan leader Mad Army BY name of England (36)defined that he and his clan would make up complaints about my account to have me banned cause i would not join or cooperate with what they say to do. they have talked of making up photo shopped snapshots and to include changing chat box text. they have also sworn that they have a connection working within Kixeye to oversee and push forward false claims on their behalf. so banning me on false allegations supports a new way for cheaters who are taking advantage of kixeye by allowing false reports. if you can please reactivate my account to another sector im just an old timer trying to play the game and pass my time. i would like you to please suspend those who made any allegation ticket against me because that is absolutely wrong, and i believe corrupts the integrity of the reporting system. in my game ACTIVTY chat history yesterday i asked this question to kixey

e a day before i am banned because of the threats they made against me to have me falsely accused (i made this as a note) that these threats were occurring the day before. really bummed about this its not right and worked years to earn and get the stuff i used to play with. never cheat never used a code or what ever it is im being accused of doing. other than defending my base from a sector of bullys who stoop so low they made a false claim. thank you for your time and i hope to look forward to playing again with my account being reactivated

dont know much about computers to do the stuff they are accusing me of doing, they also dont give you an opportunity to defend your position. my family and friends are all about to stop playing cause my ban from playing doesnt make sense for them to play anymore, we use to have dinner with friends that all played and worked together at our house. note that the company has had a history of hackers and spammers that i noticed have been able to disripte my game play and may have caused me to be falsely accused.

I have paid probably about 4000 euros into kixeye or more. I was banned other day for no reason. They claim i cheated yet they have no evidence of this. I also have not used any cheats at all. Kixeye do not respond to requests. It is a very corrupt company. There is an enemy group of mine RKSF. They have another group with them Mad Army the leader is England who has contacts and works for kixeye. They are also directly associated with kixeye worker Jax. They said they would have me banned and i am now banned.

They can do what they want and steal from who they want. I paid alot of money into this and then to be banned by a corrupt company is out of order.

I want either unbanning or refunded.

Is there anyone whom can help or lead me onto the correct path please. Kixeye cannot provide any evidence i cheated because i have not.
