I went to Kindle repair on the internet and was told to call 8557807963002. After being on the phone for two hours with Scott My kindle still didn't work.
I had to pay $99.91 for the repair. Should have known better
When I tried to call back the call couldn't go through. So I tried to email but that was returned undelivered
