I don't feel like writing out what happened, just know that I spent almost $200 per clothing item gave correct measurements and none of the items fit as they should've. I would've been better off going to a store anod shopping as I normally do. The clothing looked cheap for the price. Here is the last email I sent to the company.
I just received the two dresses that I sent in for alterations, and I have to say that I am thoroughly disappointed, and very unsatisfied with the work, as I have been with almost all of the workmanship on the orders that I placed. The customer service has been horrible and untimely,and as I said before the quality of the work on my orders has been less than satisfactory. You all sent me the white dress back the exact same way that I sent it to you. I asked for the freakin mesh to be changed to white(which any good seamstress should've confirmed with me initially that I actually wanted the nude mesh because of how god awful it looked,but I placed the order so I took responsibility and paid to have it changed).
In a matter of about 3-5months I spent over $1000 with you for custom made items,gave you correct measurements and yet still received sub par work. I tried to work with you all and actually didn't even send back all the items that I thought sucked (which was my complete last order). You have lost a customer, any referrals and have earned your "business" the right to be reported on the "rip off report" as well as any other social media platforms that I can discuss my issues with your "business" with. I will no longer go back and forth (waiting weeks for a return email) about the work and what I asked for(which is clearly in email messages that I sent). You miss "Kimi" are a rip off, and your clothing look cheap as if they are made in a sweat shop...do better!
