We are no longer interested in continuing with your Kigo service. We have made many support tickets that go unanswered and unresolved. We have constant issues with Kigo. The service is not as advertised and is not what we were promised when we setup service.
Since we setup Kigo our listing ratings have dropped below 50% with many providers. This appears to be due to emails not being sent through the system, and clients being left without responses. This has dropped our rankings and affected our entire business. Your portal manager seems like a portal to failure, pricing conflicts, and ZERO support for issues.
Part of me wants to teach you a legal lesson and part of me wants you to cover the damage that you have caused our company.
I think it is best to refund us for the service that we did not get.
The simple fact is that I can prove your business has caused more damage than good, even if it cost nothing. You are mass misleading people into buying this product. You are a sales company, that is all. I swear to God if you do not refund us I will turn this into the biggest most published event that you have ever seen. I will not stop till I rank with you on page one of Google.
Do the right thing or I will expose the truth about Kigo with screenshots, evidence, lost emails, ratings, etc. I have enough to prove that your Kigo system will DESTROY these new businesses.
