I purchased an Alpine 2001 5th wheel travel trailor on March 15, 2012 NEW. Since my purchase I have had mulitple issues with this unit.
I tried contacting the Dealer on several occasion and they would refer me to other keystone dealers in my area, ( where I was located at the time travelng ) upon contacting them they would refer me to someone eles because they couldnt get to my unit in a timely matter.
I had the repairs done and sent the information to my dealer that i purchased the unit from and they never submitted any informaton to Keystone so they have no record of my issues. As of March the 15, 2014 I have repaired, replaced or fixed the following: (that I could)

This list keeps growiing and I am to the point that I dont know what to do anymore. I have contacted Keystone and they say they have no records accociated with the vin number. I submitted this information to the dealer. I just want them to do what is right.
We paid $88,548.00 for this unit an it has been a nightmare, we are still having water issues. and we still owe to much to trade it in without a HUGE loss.
This unit has been a piece of Junk and we thought we were buying from a relieable company. I have spoke with them several time, and I found out that most have not even been docoumented when I have called. I was able to find out that the unt wasnt registered untill 8-27-12. and no additional warrenty was offered at time of purchase.
