Due to their incompetence, Florida Department of Professional Business Regulation received numerous complaints from condominium homeowners, and found out Keystone were in violation of several financial and administration codes, under F.S. Chapter 718. Violations include, failing to provide annual financial statements, year budget, selecting uneligible candidates for board members. They are currently being investigated by the same government agency for failing to provide access to a homeowner to inspect the financial records (FS 718.112.2).
Similar circumstances had occurred with other condominium associations, administered by Keystone Property Management. These people have no shame, and their CAm license revoked.
