Below is the building plans contract that Mr. Lilequest signed and agreed to and when we presented the first preliminary set of building plans for his review he flipped out and starting cussing me out as well as leaving a (2 minute threatening message on my phone) on my voice mail directed to me personally WHICH I HAVE SAVED and have turned over to the police.
Mr. Lilequest has been trying to BLACK MAIL US including writing nothing less than lies about us on the internet including giving him more than 400 SF of plans including the list below that was not in the agreement that is also noted below. Mr. Lilequest has gone as far as stalking my face book including my wife’s and copying our pictures for his use?
Mr. Lilequest is currently harassing me and others involved, then he finally he told me that he expected color 3D plans, etc??? He went on to tell me that even though he never told me he wanted this extra work that I should have known what he was thinking? My plans man said that Mr. Lilequest NEVER mentioned to him during our job walk that he wanted 3-D, coloring drawings including many renderings according to Mr. Lilequest?
Mr. Lilequest has emailed us many threatening letters that we have saved and turned over to the police and our attorneys due to his recent actions. We have tried to work this out with him although we believe that he either has a drug, alcohol, substance problem and or some type of mental issues due to his actions, due to we are not able to read his mind.
He has openly admitted on tape that he never told us that he wanted all of these extra items until he flipped out on us, which we have saved for future use.
We are currently considering a character defamation law suit against Mr. Lilequest
Our attorney has sent a letter out to him explaining to him what his hostile actions can bring due to all of his lies, ranting and raving.
Original contract for 1200 SF: $1185.00
Original balance due: $300.00
Additional building plans SF 1618
Additional cost above estimate: $210.00

NOTE: We were drawing building plans so he could build a room addition not a coloring book? IN HIS OWN WORDS (Do I have to tell you everything that I am thinking?
Work scope below: Per owners work scope, extend existing garage approx. 10’ in depth, widen garage to approx. 17’6”new addition side of house, expand utility room, relocate water heater, covered patio up to 1200 SF in space.
1) Floor plan
2) Elevations.
3) Electrical, plumbing lay out.
4) Building details, site plan.
5) Owner shall supply us with plot; survey plans if available, existing house plans and or any requested information required by the local city authorities.
6) Owner to approve of final rough drafts before plans goes to print.
7) Owner to receive two sets of plans.
8) Minor revisions included if needed, per plan check.
9) NOTE: if the city requires a structural engineer for Engineered Foundations, Framing, Mechanical, and Electrical. HVAC, plumbing, energy or special requirements this will become an extra charge above this agreement.
Shall have the authority to make minor changes consistent with the plans that do not involve an adjustment with proposal price. Any changes to plans after completion or city requirements needed may become a change order to accommodate changes.
Note: If owner wants to have all of the finish fixtures, models specified in plans then owner shall submit a complete list to be included before drawings are complete. All construction codes take precedence over any and all parts of these drawings. HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical work shall be installed by licensed professionals and they shall determine final lay out as needed to build project. Price on drawing plans may be subject to change from original estimate due to more SF, special features, and or city requirements.
