I have been charged $500 for computer repair and service from a man who answered for Microsoft. Nothing has ever been done. I went to Microsoft and they told me that thiis company is a FRAUD!!.
I want a $500 refund and I will contact Florida investgatord in Tallahassee, since I own a business in Florida and I have a law firm I can use I want a refund now!!
