Kennard Renovations was hired to do a simple contract job (paint a house, install laminate flooring). This project too over a month to complete and it was not completed in a professional manner. The paint job was not up to par, they left debris in my yard, paint on the floor, paint on sink, paint on counter etc. To matters worse my husband and I was told the project was complete and we did not find out the condition of the home until our cleaning company went to the home to do minor cleaning. We had to travel to Charlotte, NC multiple time to verify the items that were not completed correctly were fixed and to ensure they cleaned up debris etc. This has been a terrible experience and I truly disappointed.
My name is Laurene D. B. Last august I paid Mr. Kyle Nails to do repairs to my house persuant to insurance claim.
After the check was given to and cashed in August 2013,Mr. Nails did not re-appear at my home to do any work. It is now January 14,2014 and he has yet to re-pay me the money paid for services he has not attempted to do. He does not return calls, or texts. I have a new contractor and since I am on a fixed income I have a kitchen with no cabinets or sink awaiting re payment from Mr. Nails.
I will have no recourse but to report his company to the Better Business Bureau and take out a warrant for fraud.
I suggest if you are considering him for any repairs, pay him after the work is done, not before.
