I got a few bids from some other electrians for a job I was needing done. I was quoted some prices from other electricians and then Ken promised he would take care of me and reassured me that the work he would do would be less than what I was quoted. I recieved two quotes from other electrians one was 2500 and the other was 1800. He would come and go and I never knew when he was going to show up. He took forever just to get started. He would go and buy supplies and then would bring me the reciept instead of consulting with me first to make sure I could afford it and to make sure I knew what was going on.
He was taking so long I had to let him know that if he didnt get started on it then I was going to have to go with someone else. Finally when everything was done he then brought me all the reciepts and the cost of supplies was expected but what completly floored me was how much he charged me for labor...2100!!!! When everything was said and done he ended up costing me over 3000 dollars and most of that was in labor and he still left thing unfinished. I totally got taken advantage of and would NEVER recommend him to anyone.
