So my wife and i decide to buy our first home. She choose this POS company without even reserching it so we show up then before we know it have signed a buyers contract for 6 months....this is just the start of the bulls***.
DO not ever sign a buyer contract..it means basically you have to use your crappy agents or you are s*** out of luck.
This place not only made us sign thsi stupid contract but the list just goes on fromt here.
first house we see ,our first agent as we ended up with two or more , was out of twon so some new guy showed s the place..not ten minutes later another agent shows up very perplexed saying this house has an offer so what are you doing here?
Our agent Michele Mincinski basically did not tell our new agent anything so he had no idea and had to appolize..needless to say we lost that one.
the next one we almost got durring our inspection our agent again MIchele informed us her child we there too..ummm ok? why? not to mention the worthless agent Riely we had there to d o nothign and tell us nothing..him at his finest i assume as a dead corpse can do and say more about well anything over this one.
We walked from that after the insection by theri inspector who bifg surprise again, had never done an old hpuse so who knows what he says is true or not...we walk after that kind of noob insection and at 300$ about 100 more than all else.
The third house we see again we love so we want to make an offer but next day after not hearing back it has one this is after our agent Michele advised us to basically pay about 50k more than any sane person would pay and what the house was valued at so never put in our offer and lied and said she did after attitute...I called the other agent to check and was inforemd never got anotehr offer but would ahve taken yours as, big surprise, ours was higgers...so again lost us another house and lied as to why. Both Riely and Michele have no idea what they are doing. I have been a nurse for years and make a point of being a good comunicator and just mellow but with these tpyes of child realators it makes no difference so it is like dealing with some bad date.
I had to email the head crap agent Sue Long to terminate our contact. After some backhanded bulls*** comments she agreed to let us out stating next time to listen to our agents and to be more upfront.
What a f***ing joke. We gave thema simple list.3 rooms, 2 baths, 1800sq house...min 1/2 acre lot with some sun...f***ing simplle also mention just need to be within 30 mins of OSU(one can check this on google maps they have never heard of apparently) but this was not enough for them i guess and makes me somehow uncomunicative.
Just run from this s*** place. They try to corner the markey in the valley but all the other agents from even the other big relators i have talked to have been just so amazing over anyone we dealt with in this s*** office. I was like going to see my rich lawyer aunt in LA in her office but there they are legit not just trying to be something they are not.
Oh btw we had a almost unlimited buget should they had been able to ehlp us but lost that.
After my final email confirming i have a void contract with these a**hats i not only found 3 homes but have an accepded offer from one
David Glenn Ware is a scammer. He's lived in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and now Southern California, and scammed and conned his way through all these states. In Arizona, he ran a mortgage company called Regal Mortgage got his business and broker's license revoked, and was sued by the state, losing a judgement of $10,000, and paid nothing.
He also rented an office failing to pay rent, lost that judgement as well, and never paid that either. He then skipped out to Southern California. Where he continued to rip people off.
He moved to an apartment in Pasadena, where he had an Unlawful Detainer filed against him. He left the apartment before eviction proceedings, owing the landlord almost $7,000, which he never paid (Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, Case No. PAS 11U00542). He then proceeded to set his SUV on fire after not paying car loan for years, had no insurance, and was ultimately unable to register it. He took out an insurance policy after the fact and unsuccessfully attempted to make a claim. He was renting a room at the time and unsuccessfully attempted to make a claim on the homeowner's insurance for the contents of the vehicle. He then rented a car under the homeowner's name and proceeded to get parking tickets on it, which he never paid. Upon being kicked out of the house, he filed an erroneous small claims suit against the homeowner, got counter-sued, lost, and again, failed to pay the judgement. He has numerous other judgements against him, and continues to slither and scam his way through life.
Steer clear of David Glenn Ware. He is a real estate agent in Los Angeles, so BeWare of David Glenn Ware!
uses a home inspector to tag team and the inspectors name is Bruce Berg / video inspections makes up ficticious items and lies on reports , She will not call back other realtors she in involved with . She will stall the deal and the consumer is the one that gets hurt .
if you ever come across this realtor RUN avoid her she will damage your investment return

I googled property managrment in tyler texas and found several in that area. I called a few but keller williams called me back, in the other end of the line was shy shinalt, hr came out a few days later and looked at the property and told me he wouldnt have a problem renting it out for me, took some pics and was told he would list it and put a lock on the door. Ok i thought great.. then i started getting calls from the nieghbor that watched our place down there (im 2 hours away) that people were at the house, yeah we hired a property manager, they told us no its just one guy there, we then got a call from him and said he rented it.
wait shy dont you need a contract wrote up, well then a couple weeks later a man showed up out there, my nieghbor went over and talked to him. My nieghbor called my husband and my husband talked yo him,the man told my husband that he found the house on craigslist, he called and shy told him to go look at the house and that the key was on the front porch light? Really! Then shy calls me and said he needed my email address cause someone flagged him on craigslist, aw nooo.i then fired him and my good friend is in real estate , she looked up his license that he shows and nothing came up. When we hired him he did tell us he also had places in galveston. If anyone wants his contact number let me know, i have it! (((email redacted)))
