I ordered 109.00 worth of parts form this clown company and did not receive half my order. I contacted them four times over the 23 days between when I ordered my stuff and the day I cancelled.
After ordering the headlight and the HID Light, I was told it would rrive in 10 days. I never received a tracking number for the second item. I asked for this and was told they dont have it nad in fact it would be sent to me when the order was shipped. This meant to me it was not shipped yet. I contacted them 4 total times ofver the 23 day episode. I used the phrase "send me the freakin parts or send me back my money". I was told I was being rude so I calmed down and collected myself and then the customer servce manager/owner (So he claimed) started dropping 3 f bombs asking me who the "F" did i think I was and calm the "F" down and what the "F" did I expect...
Basically I will not do business with this level of ineptitude and carelessness for customers and neither will I spend my money there.
I was told it would take and addition 48 72 hours before they could process a refund and it wcould take another 5 days to hit my account which would put it over 30 days from the day they took my money without giving me my product and then not returnining my money.
I contacted my bank and refuted the charges I paid for something that you did not send (Oh forgot to say that this individual actually stated he knew it was not picked up from the supplier warehouse yet, but he could have it sent out after friday which I was supposed to trust after dealing with this for the last 23 days.
I dont think so. I would not do business with this company or its owned compnsies it is all the same people.
