Horrible!!! I place an order waited two weeks before it was even shipped out. I feel like the only reason she shipped it is because I emailed her about it. It was the wrong sizes from what my order stated and she did not want to change it. She speaks nasty to her customers. When I explained to her that I am a small business owner and she has bad customer service she blocked me on Instagram.
I never received my order/ I have been waiting for more than a week. I would like a refund because im very displeased. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails.
I placed my order on July 3, 2014. I didn't receive my order until over a month later. My order was missing a 2X butt lifter $14.99 and a Large butt lifter from the Jody package $14.99. I sent the seller an email and text messages on August 6th stating what was missing. I tried calling the phone number on her website but every time I called no one answered and I wasn't able to leave a message because her voice mail box was full. I have since sent several text messages and have gotten 2 responses that she was "looking into my order." My last messages have not been responded to. I've also sent pictures of my invoice and items that I did receive multiple times. Since it has been over 2 months from the time the order was made and the seller hasn't resolved my issues I am requesting Paypals help in resolving the issue.

Customers also complaining of declined refunds thru PAYPAL back into their accounts. Customers complain of possible information being compromised via purchasing directly through the unsecured website. Customers complaining of not receiving product or wrong items after 2-14 day shipping process according to her company policies. Customers complain her detox teas are RECIEVED with mold. Customers complain of being blocked from Kaotic_Von instagram promotional advertising once questioning about purchases. INTERNATIONAL Customers complain of extreme shipping fees of 290USD or 90USD. International customers complain of having to pay additional shipping fees after paying initial shipping.
I don't have anything good to say about the crap she's pushing from China. The quality of the product is CHEAP and flimsy. She is false advertising the sizes and the names of the products compared to the actual packaging. There was a pungent smell from the chemicals I assume to make the product. I made a complaint on Instagram and instead of responding back she blocks me all together. I read one of her posts on Instagram that she has over 23K customer's but the real question is how many of those customer's are returning? Certainly not me!

I have ordered a body shaper off a different website before and had no problems. This girl is good with her advertising. Everyday she is promoting her products with pictures and videos and seemed to have a lot of customers. Eventually I wanted just a waist trainer to sleep in, seeing everyday on my news feed different ones that seem to work for people reeled me in. It took me months to finally break down and buy some items. They are expensive and ridiculously high priced. But I believed it would work and everything would be fine like the last website. Well.. I ordered 4 different items, close to 200$. From the day I ordered I was to Leave a note with my brawl size for one particular item, there was nowhere to do that. I paid with my credit card and got a payment confirm email so I figured I would just send the information in email. Well.. I tried over and over and over and over and over and over again, no response except for 1 automatic which says they'll email me in 24 to 48 hours.. That passed. Still nothing. I called the number listed it just rings and rings and rings, No voicemail, no answer. I emailed again. Nothing. At this point I'm frustrated, scared, pissed off and worried. I went straight to insta and starting leaving comments under photos tagging her name @kaotic_von in every, many different pictures, nothing. No reply. Yet she replys to others and posts useless pictures which means she has time and is getting all my f**kin s**t. Now I'm mad af. I direct message her twice, nothing. Basically she robbed me of 200$ do not order from her or trust these Instagram promoters. I decided to look around and see if this has happened to anyone else.. Of course to my disappointment it has. I now have no choice but to report her to the BBB and police which won't be a easy task since I'm all the way across country but, I don't play when it comes to money and scams and thieves. You've been warned. I am going to do everything in my power to shut her down. I'm realeaved I'm not the only one but, I will make sure she doesn't have the power to steal peoples money anymore!!!!!!!! Do not trust anyone. Lesson learned.
