I don't even know where to begin. Kami Shade is, without a doubt, the most deplorable company I have ever done business with. Their customers are not a priority to them in the least. They don't care if you ever get your items, as long as they have your money. Once they have your money, it's like pulling teeth to get in contact with them. You must send numerous emails and pray they respond. They NEVER answer their phone, and the voice mail is always full (I'm guessing they do this to avoid talking to disgruntled customers).

Before I placed my first order, I was in contact with Michelle trying to decide on a color. I placed my order and the receipt said I would be receiving a silver, black and gold dress. I emailed Michelle and was very specific in confirming my order to be the multi color dress. I stated I did not want the black, gold and silver dress because it was ugly, and that I wanted the multi colored. She assured me it would not be the silver, black and gold dress. Imagine my frustration when a silver, black and gold dress arrived in the mail.

Now the real fun begins. I must have sent 15 emails in five days before they finally responded. I sent a copy of the email assuring me I would be getting the color I ordered nine times. They never acknowledged the email, and told me that they did send the right item (really?!! They have no qualms about lying to cover their butts). I requested they pay for my return shipping (their website says they will pay for it when they send the wrong item). Shockingly they refused. After more and more emails, I finally gave in and just decided to eat the cost of the shipping and send it back myself. They were no longer responding to my emails about making an exchange. I took to social media, and only then did they return my emails.

So I sent back the wrong dress and they sent out a new one. Imagine how livid I was when i opened the package and it was the wrong color AGAIN. Michelle blamed it on me, and refused to take any responsibility again. This time she actually told me that I had reached my maximum amount of exchanges (one) and they would not be exchanging the dress for me.

I am now out 175.00 and do not have the dress I ordered. I am stuck with a color that I never asked for. The dress is also incredibly poorly made, and looks nothing like what was pictured (after the dress was delivered, she told me to keep in mind the sleeves on the dress online are scrunched up and do not look like that. Wow!! That would have been nice to know before I bought the dress.

I don't understand how this company is still around. A chimpanzee would provide better customer service! And maybe it could also the job of sending the customer what they paid for. It is so wrong that they have mr money and I dont have my dress.
