KamiShade s a horrible website. I decided to orderd a dress online total cost including shipping was $112.00. After 24 hours, i decided to cancel the order. On there website, it clearly said if you want to cancel your order, please email shopkamishade.com and you will not have to pay a restocking fee as long as you cancel in 48hrs... I emailed this horrible company 3-4 times. I called about 4xs a day to cancel since there was no reply from my email. Everytime i call, there is v-mail saying to send an email to shopkamishade.com which i did to cancel any orders. Constantly the vmail is full, which makes no sense since this is a business and people are calling to find out about there order.
Finally someone emailed me back after 3-4 days. I email the person back and said i need to cancel the order. The person told me, that can cancel but, they will have to deduct for restocking fee. I clearly emailed them before the 48hrs of cancellation so i would not be charged a restocking fee. I orodered the dress on the 31st of March and they replied April 4th and told me, they didnt see ANY emailed regarding this order. Then a person decided to tell me i sent the email to wrong address. Wrong! it clearly says on the website. if you have problems or need to cancel this order, please email them.
I was told by the person emailing me back, it was take 10-12 business days to receive the money back on my credit card on April 24th. Its now April 26th, and no money have been returned.
The last email i send was on Friday April 24th. asking abut the retun. No response.... I have now taken the time to report them and i have my ccard company investigatiing.
