I have made purchases with kabam. Specifically in this game you, to enhance your gaming experience, can purchase something called mithril. Well in more than five instances, there have been inadvertent use of the mithril. Even though I have asked kabam to reimburse the mithril and set the game back to what it was because i do not want to use my mithril to purchase such things as instant building my Great Hall, they will tell you too bad and close your case number before you have a chance to explain. I have filed another report with them that my mithril was used for something it wasn't intended for and have yet to receive a response from them. They need a "Are you sure you would like to make this purchase?" Button instead of just eating your mithril. When a text comes in or a call, I've noticed that that is specifically when the mithril is being used. Now this is my second or third purchase of the $100 package and I think kabam needs to be held responsible. I see from other forums that I'm not the first person that has had this problem. Once they send you a response and tell you your case is closed, you can no longer respond to it and they tell you to reopen another case, only to be shiested again. I am eight months pregnant and have a pelvic problem and this was giving me something to do since I'm laid up until the new baby comes and kabam has just ruined what little fun I was having yet again. My suggestion, if you choose to play this game, is to not make purchases seeing as kabam obviously has no regard for their paying members.
