I'm an internet marketer, always looking for new opportunities. During the week of 17-21 november 2014 i received a series of promotional emails from a trusted source about a training course and software promoted by jordon schultz, related to marketing possibilities on instagram.
On nov 21 i signed up in good faith to mobi-social blueprint. The initial fee was $1497 with a recurring monthly payment of $397 as long as i remained a member. The promotional video which convinced me to sign up said i would get personal support each month to ensure i would at least break even if i applied the methods taught. With such guarantees, i signed up. I studiously followed the training videos and applied the methods, using the provided software.
However i quickly discovered the software malfunctioned and i was unable to build a customer list on instagram as promoted. Furthermore, accounts i set up in instagram as instructed in the training were banned. My presumption is the software is a 'scrapper' which instagram does not allow in its tos. There was no warning of this on the mobi-social blueprint site or training.
In a series of tickets to the company support desk between nov 25-dec 5, my concerns were deflected or ignored. On dec 3 i joined a webinar presented by jordon schultz and took the opportunity to again text my concerns. I got a brief written reply from, i believe, steven dorman, jordon schultz's support manager, which again did not resolve the problem, but then the webinar went offline.
I followed up with further message to the support desk and personal emails to both jordon schultz and steven dorman, requesting a refund and to close my account, because i do not wish to continue monthly subscriptions. All such requests have been ignored. There is no option on their site to unsubscribe and stop payments.
To ensure they do not continue to bill me i have cancelled my existing credit card and started a claim process against jordon schultz and his company. I have documentary proof of all of this.
Jordon schultz clearly has a 'history' of bad practice. I want to flag up to any one out there about an unsavoury character and his fraudulent operation, together with his partner steven dorman. Clearly, with these two scam artists the latin phrase caveat emptor applies ... 'buyer beware!'
