I purchased a Sundowner horse trailer from Justin Kubiak in June 2014.
Justin did not have the title to the trailer at the time of the sale, but promised it to me within 14 business days.
Justin did get me a title-but he DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT IT HAD A LIEN AGAINST IT. The DMV confiscated the title when I tried to transfer it as there was an unsatisfied lien. When I questioned Justin about this, he lied and said that there must have been a mistake in the DMV system. The DMV has contact the lender, GE Money Bank, and has CONFIRMED THAT THERE IS A LIEN against the trailer. I cannot legally operate or sell the trailer.
I have given Justin ample time and opportunity to obtain a clear title or purchase the trailer back from me. Justin refuses to do both and has now dropped all communication with me. I am now stuck with a $6500 trailer that I cannot sell or use. STAY AWAY FROM JUSTIN KUBIAK, his wife PAIGE SISTARE KUBIAK, and JUSTIN KUBIAK PERFORMANCE HORSES. BAD BUSINESS!!
