Booked a business class ticket from Atlanta to Perth, Sydney and back for around $9,000 which was reasonable. I needed to change the return date by 3 days and the quotes for the change fare ranged between $6,000 and $7,000 although I called on multiple days spoke to multiple people holding on for hours and being told that if I call back the foillowing day they will have cheaper change fares available. This never materialized and the agents on the phone were completely unhelpful and all seemed to be of Oriental origin which made communication very difficult. They never made an attempt to provide any reasonable change far or alternative. I will never use this company gain and unless you are certain that you will not need to change your flight I would advise others not to use them too.
I booked two flights for my 5 year old son and his uncle through JustFly to go to a country in Europe. However once we got to the airport we were told that a visa is needed for periods of over 3 months. At that point, 2 hours before the flight departed, we contacted JustFly to get the return flight changed to an earlier date. We were told that, yes that was possible; we just needed to pay a fee. I was prepared to pay that fee when they put me on hold. 2 hours and 54 minutes, after putting me in and out of hold, my ticket never got changed and the plane departed without my son, who was getting upset. Costumer service wasn’t friendly or helpful at all.
Later, I emailed JustFly, explaining the situation and asking to work something out but never got a reply. I called them again; after an hour of back and forth, they said that the customer service agent should have never made me the promise of changing my ticket. At this point they said they were going to do an investigation on the matter and that I should call them back after 3 days.
I called them back some days later to ask what was happening, at which point they told me that I was not entitled to a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor, something I was denied during my last phone call. After half an hour on hold, I finally spoke to one. The supervisor very loudly and rudely claimed that since I was a “no-show”, my return flight also got cancelled and I was not going to get a refund. I said I don’t understand how you can say that when we called them from the airport and that phone call is recorded by JustFly itself. To this they responded that their recordings get deleted three days after recording.
At this humongous lie and evident game of taking me in circles, I got very upset and couldn’t understand the stupidity of the supervisor. It was an insult to my intelligence and I plan on taking legal action against the company. The agency made me the promise of changing the ticket and dragged it on over a period of two weeks so that they can potentially get rid of the evidence. I hope that people become aware at the type of agency they are and I also plan on reporting them.
Please, do yourself a great favor and stay away from these criminals. They sold us tickets to travel to South America and, after getting our money, they began changing our flights to the point of even separating me from my traveling companion in separate flights. They refused to give their email address or a physical address, and they said they were in Canada but they had a very heavy Asian accent. They urged us to call them about their multiple arbitrary changes to our traveling plans but would put us on hold to wait 20' and even 35' and then dropped the calls. They are a bunch of criminals who acted with absolute cruelty and disregard for the laws protecting travelers.
I am just trying to save others from this scam. Hopefully you will read one of the hundreds of bad reviews against Justfly.com so that you don't suffer with these stacammers. Who are really located in the USA......but they might move the phones to another new location like your typical psychopath.

I booked a flight from Cancun to Belize with this horrible company. Moments later I got an email saying the payment didn't go through. I put it through again, and got another email. The next morning I called to fix it and waited on hold for an hour and a half for someone to answer. While waiting on hold I had time to call both the airline (tropic air) and my bank. My bank said that the payment had gone through on their end. Tropic air said the reservation was there, just waiting for payment to assign us our tickets. I also booked a flight home from Belize with the same card on American airlines moments after booking this flight. Went through with no issues. So the issue is definately on their end. After wasting another half an hour confirming my passport info, etc with the agent I was told my card was pending and I would receive an email. I asked if she could stay on the line to wait for the card to go through, so I wouldn't have to wait on hold again if it didn't. Nope. Got an email today that the payment still didn't go through. I don't know what else I could possibly do for this horrible company. Just going to give up and hope they can't miraculously charge my card later for all the cancellation fees they have on this ticket. Already talked to my credit card company in case that does happen, as I suspect it will.
After receiving an email stating "urgent" that we call call justfly about a change in our tickets, we spent hours over several days on hold with dropped calls and no call back. Their ability to speak English was nominal at best and they had no return email address to communicate with. We never found out what the issue was and were told if we wished to cancel our flight it would cost us more and we should just"not show up"
Do not use justfly.com. I have booked a flight to Beruit, Lebanon and received 2 electronic tickets and I called the airline to confirm the flights and the airline told me both tickets are void.
I have called justfly.com over 10 times and each time i am on hold for over an hour and when i get disconnected with a representative i NEVER get a call back. I am currently on hold and have yet to speak wiith someone. My credit cards have pending transactions for $6,000 and i have yet to receive a ticket for my flights.
Please do not use justfly.com or you will be disappointed.
