On June 4, 2015 I came across Mrs.Torres youtube channel in search of a birthday outfit for my daughters 1st birthday. Seeing that she had a facebook account where she took orders, I got in contact hoping to get the customized tutu that I liked. Mrs.Torres in the begining gave speedy responses to my order and made sure to send me TWO! emails to remind me of my invoice I owed her. After giving payment I asked Mrs.Torres how long it would take to make and ship my order out to me, to which she responded "Two weeks." Two weeks had passed and I again contacted on June 20th asking her what the status of my order had been. She responded that she would have to wait till she got home to check, but she never did get in contact and I had to send her another message asking. I still did not get a response until I mentioned I needed an address change. It took THREE!!! mesages to finally get a response. Another week went by until I mentioned that July was coming just around the corner and needed to know where my order was and how long it would be. Once again not much of a response I had to look constantly on her website to finally see that my order was finished. She didn't let me know nor did she inform me of shipment to confirm an address change. After a few days of the finished order she shipped it out but one problem. I informed Mrs.Torres of my new address before shipment and she put the wrong address, which wasn't too much of a problem seeing as I could ask the post office to change it. The problem after that was the fact my package sat at the same post office for three days, until i fianlly got in contact again with Torres. Once again i messaged her stating the wrong address was put on the shipment and that I needed this package soon as my daughters birthday was in a week. I had to send 2-3 messages just to get in contact with this seller that it began to get aggitating when I did not hear back. Mrs. Torres informed me that a new shipping label would be sent out when she did it. I waitied a day...nothing...i sent once again another two messages and even commented on her page to infrom her i left her messages. She never responded but still was updating her page after 9 hours of waiting I decided I wanted a refund. Her communication is horrible was horrible with me and she takes so many orders at once i dont think she keeps up with where she is at, so the time frame of her work is slow. After a month and a week I still have no order and it's a shame that she will lose money for that. Her work is beautiful, but she does not respond in a timely manner. By the time my order did come I'm sure it would have been too late seeing as it is July 10th and I needed the order by the 17th. I wouldnt say she is a rip-off because customers do get her item, I just think it's a shame her communication lost her a client and I wil not inform my other friends about her. I had to go to paypal today on July 10th for a refund.
