This building has a major infestation of bed bugs. Tenants are moving out at an alarming rate because the Landlord (Junapa Properties Inc.) refuses to call in a professional pest control company to deal with the growing problem. Several tenants have moved in with brand new furniture, only to have it desroyed by the bugs. The problem has become very serious in recent months. Some tenants are even sleeping on their balcony to avoid getting bitten 300 times a night.
The rent is cheap, but I feel no matter how much rent you are paying, nobody deserves to have to live with bed bugs. The problem at 3388 Sandwich Street is only getting worse.
