I order a bounce house online from Jump for fun Wednesday evening. I called to confirm my order Thursday at 3pm. No problem the lady confirmed that the drop off would be between the hours of 9am and 1pm for Saturday September 6,2014. I paid the deposit of $50 and would pay the remaining $37 on arrival. Saturday September 6th came, I waited till 1pm still no moon bounce I called the company the opertator said the driver was running late. Okay no problem. 2pm,3pm,4pm I made numerous call, they couldn't get a hold of the driver. 5pm I am crying at his point cause all my guest arrive and there is no entertainment.
Icall again the operator says that I called the driver and canceled, impossible cause I wasn't given the drivers number and why would I cancel if I kept calling all day long. She puts me on hold for thirty minutes and says she finally convinced him to drive out and drop off the jumper and that he would be here in an hour,that was 6pm. 7pm still nothing, 7:10pm I get a voicemail saying the driver quit and that I wouldn't be getting a jumper at all. No applogy, no refund of my deposit. Nothing. We called Sunday September 7, 2014 trying to get our depsot back and they said since we canceled that we couldn't get our deposit back. When in fact we never canceled! They said that they would have to speak with the suppervisor on Monday. We are two low income people, we work really hard for our money and we saves a long time so that our son could have the best birthday party, we just want our deposit back.
Jumper was supposed to arrive at our house between 7am-1pm. at 1:10pm I called to ask where it was, they said they would be there by 2:00pm. At 2:00pm I called and said 15 mins. Then at 2:30pm I called and they said hopefully soon. We ended up refusing the jumper when it showed because they were so late. No phone call was made to let us know. That was 7/19/14, today on 8/4/14 I am still trying to get a refund. No one calls back, no action is made. I've had to call my Credit Card Company to file a dispute. Their Customer Service is terrible.
