This woman was at the dog park in Tucson AZ treating this poor dog badly , hitting the dog and kicking his tail because the poor dog would not come to her she was really upset and people where getting upset with her and trying to tell her that she cant treat animals that way. She started getting a attitude with my husband and we called the police , but they didnt do anything because she denied everything we reported and its sad that pet owners like her would would dosuch horrible things like that to animals. Just a crazy and cruel negative person that has to much time on her hands the ultimate tragedy is not the oppression and cruelty by the bad people, but the silence over that by the good people. We need to keep reporting individuals like JUDITH RICHEY. She looks like a nice person, but with a dark secret of animal cruelty.
Unfortunately, the litany of serial frauds and sexual offenses allegedly perpetrated by Sanders against the wider Sacramento area residents appears to be continuing and his current reported modus operandi (MO) is to lay in wait for well to-do white women to drive up to shopping malls, hotel, casino parking lots, etc. to park their vehicles. Once the victim is out sight, Sanders will reportedly approach the vehicle and place sharp metal screws under the tires. He will continue to wait for the owner/driver to return and follow them onto the roadway, pulling next to them, pointing to the deflated tires and offering help as a Good Samaritan. From that point on, he would obtain the victims’ names and in most cases telephone numbers, addresses and other personal information and a new scam soon follows.

I wouldnt trust this woman. Her pictures are not as good as they look. Met her at some gas station in phoenix and she came on to me. Im not the most attractive guy but she always has a camera. Decided to have her do some work for me and the fam. Pictures were pure terrible and I asked for my money back. I could not get in touch with the woman. Thanks to this site I found the woman who scammed me. How dare she talk about others after the terrible work she did and ripping me off . Please beware her. more info to come

Shockingly, this is not the first time that Eye for an Eye has been charged with fraud. In 2009, Tammy Ackerson, sued Richey for ripping off at least 7 clients in similar fashion.
Through the years, Judith Richey moved from Seattle to Arizona on the run to con more clients in a new state. This lady also sucks in the sack and has no real woman power. She is lonely and has the Eye for an Eye.
Judith Richey filed for bankruptcy in Seattle to avoid the 2009 charges and shortly thereafter moved to Arizona, where she immediately opened another studio and began scamming unsuspecting couples again.
Her history shows a character defect dealing with men on Match.com lying about her profession and tricking men into the sack and getting them to take their pictures, then dumping them after leaving them with a high bill.
