I received a official looking statement saying i have recently won money. They asked for 11.89 for processing.

I just received my official letter and decided to check online. It is a scam as I suspected but can these people be charged with Mail Fraud and if so How can I help?

yep. like some of you, I got this thing in the mail earlier today.

Looked around online for something this and good to see i'm not the only one to get something like this.

More paper to burn in my fireplace. LOL.

judge larry hourd gone bad

or maybe he was bad from the start.to use the mail system in his scram should be worth 5-10 years in jail.but to b so good at this means he's done this for a while.. just rember if you was to win money u don't have to pay to get it.. D-DUCK..

Supposedly I won an Award for 1.140,000 or Receive 66,667,00 per year for 30 years all I had to do was send them 11.89 or 14.89 for rush processing Also indicated I was to give Nobody this information, And its mail reply Only.. there's no phone number to call or anything n to reply within 7 days? If u win an award this large its usually 30 days ..RedFlags all over!

I also received in the mail a letter stateing it was an Official Declaration of Certified Award and Provision of Payment" from the "Judging Office and Decisions Center, PO Box 2905, Kansas City, KS 66110-2905". The first red flag is that they want $12.99 or $15.99 for special rush processing, either by cash, check, or money order payable to ANC.

The award is $2,000,000.00 dollars, $66,667.00 For 30 years, or a lump-sum check for 1,140,000.00.

The second red flag is that the documents are overly formal, official, obligatory, and final, using phrases like "throughout this documentation", "extending honors on these formal proceedings". There are document numbers, bar code numbers, form numbers, verified I.D. numbers, and official num.

Scammers

Received the same letter telling me I had won. Everybody should just send in the paperwork to them and tell them to subtract the $12.99 fee that they ask for from the amount that you supposedly won.

Paying the $11.89 is shows to be an OUT RIGHT SCAM. Don't follow through on it. I never signed for anything to get this.

After sending publisher clearing house pch) "contest" i received a "official declaration of certified award and provision of payment" form stating this was a required action of preselected winning number holder to receive award and full cash payment, etc. Please check if there is any collusion or list selling of people who bought merchandise from pch. There are many seniors who fall for this type of scam. Payment of $12.99 or $15.99 for expedited processing is required.

I received a letter telling me i won $1,327,940.00. I thought it was connected with publishers clearing house, looked the company up and found out this is a scam.

Why does our government allow this to happen

Got a letter saying that I have one $1,327,940 or option B $2 million this is a bogus scam do not send the 1299+3 dollar processing fee it is a scam sent the money and never got anything back. My father always said if it sounded too good to be true then it was!
