I received a very official letter from the judging office & decisions center and I got very excited but some thing told me to check on these people and I found out it was a scam by reading the posts of other people I am glad I did because I was thinking about sending that $12 I thank you for your posts
I also got the same letter today...what a joke.... My daughter who is 16 got excited she was taking it as real letter lol picking out her car already... I told her it was a scam...her feelings got hurt..lol...
I noticed that the so call "official letter" from Judging Office & Decisions was a scam as there was no e-mail in the mentioned letter so I decided to search in the internet. Thanks for your posts.
I just got the same letter ???? asking me to send $11.89 processing fee.I think that the government needs to investigate whoever sending out these fake letters to people, and I really believe that somehow in the near future they will be able to get people private information.shame on whoever came up with the scam!
I recieved a letter stating it was an offical declaration of Certified Award and provision of Payment for the amount of 1,230,946.00 (winner option a) or a 30 year annuity for $2,000,000.00 winner option (b).
however in small print it states that you have to make a prepayment of a mandatory fee $11.89.
This is what sent a RED Flag to me. I know this is a scam because if i won why do they need moneyfrom me. also i did a little google search and several other people have recieved the same letter and actually payed the amount and didn'trecieve the money.
i received a letter as well claiming i won the $1,230,946.00, i am going to send in my letter but i am not sending them any money because in my letter it says i only have to send 12.99 if i want the premium offer of 2,500 and 75%off of merchandise. i guess i will see how real it is. i will let every one know if i actually receive any money or not
I was sent a letter stating I had 7days to proceed with this winning of a lum sum of cash of 2million dollars. Or I can reduce the amount with a 30year reward for 66,667.00. I was told to send in $12.99 dollars by cash, check, or money order. I did so but afterwards thought of I won why should I be sending in some money. So I did a little research and found out this was a scam. I also contact pch and they said there was a lot scammers trying to claim they are them but not. I'm not sure if I can get my money back but I would definitely like to report them and let them know that they are wrong for doing hard workers as myself like this.
We received an document that stated " Official Declaration of Certified Award and provision of payment. Judges statement and validation of award amount. Joseph Potts , congratulation, You have just won $ 1,230,946.00. Then they requested that we send $ 12.99 payable to the office ANC. The document looked so real and official. But before I decided to move forward on this offer, I checked internet to see if this was a scam. I discover that this was indeed a big scam. Please do not send these people any money.
I received a letter in the mail notifying me of official documents enclosed and a time sensitive reply with the numbers 13570 in bold black text with red outlines. I opened the letter and read "Official Declaration Of Certified Award And Provision Of Payment". Scanning the rest of the letter, i saw the dollar amounts of Two Million Dollars and $1,140,000.00 in rewards options of full paychecks or annual increments.
Coming from an economically disadvantaged rural Alaska area and family, my excitement shocked me and i had to notify my mother if the letter was legit. To my disbelief, she told me to research the company online and see if it is a scam. It just so happens that Ripoff Report was the first result in my online search.
I looked through the reports and read similar stories involving this scam. I immediately registered and filed this report. This and many other scams should be stopped in its tracks and be punished severely as I almost became a victim of fraudulent activity like thousands of innocent people.
They said i won over 1 million dollars. Usually i wouldnt believe a scam like that, but i have been playing publishers clearing house sweepstakes alot and thought the letter was from them. It was not. PCH is the only thing i play so i think they got my info from there some how. they wanted me to pay $12.99 to get things started. no phone number, email address, or a real physical address. the letter looked so real i thought i won. i feel so bad........
I received an Award Notification Commission Letter that stated that to send $12.99 or $15.00 dollars Acquisition FEE payable to ANC for final award price of $1,230.946.00 single check or $2,000,000.00 30 -year annuity. The letter is mail by Judging Office & Decisions Center or Award Notification Commission (ANC), PO Box 2905, Kansas City, KS 66110.
I was sent a letter claiming that I have won $1,140,000 and just need to pay an acquisition fee of $11.89. Of course, I didn't choose to send it. I'm just putting it out there to warn others.
This 2017 and those people from judging office and decisions center are still at why don't they get stopped! I'm glad I read about them before I sent 12.99 out. Thanks! what a scam! They get ur hopes up for nothing!
Why doesn't the US Post Office arrest these people for mail fraud? We are taken in because we are a trusting (perhaps greedy) bunch, but still need protection from these companies that just don't stop with one scam after another!!!
Just got this official looking Certified Award. If I won $2Million, I should not have to send $2.99 in order to get my winnings. How in the world do these people even get my address?
I Received the same official looking letter in mail saying I also won this crazy amount of money and all I needed to do with in 7 days is to send 12.99 also what A Terrible Thing To Do To People!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!
These people is sending professional letters and getting over. they are getting paid and not paying any taxes. these people need to be caught and prosecute them .need to be sent to jail for a hundred years for scamming America. tax free money there are getting away with this
Received a letter saying I won a huge prize amount but I needed to send in $12.99 ..Very upsetting that these people play on others emotions and income. Thought it was from Publishers at first. Exact wording states: Tina C. You have just won $1,230,946.00. Etc. Etc...I hope others are not falling for this.
So glad to see all these postings! I was actually excited about winning such a great amount of cash!!! But, I've lived a few years & have been taken a few times, so I decided to look up this company ANC & Walla!! Imagine it's another scam- not worth the paper it's printed on! Thank ya'll so much for the postings!!
I received my letter today in the mail from Judging Office & Decision Center. I was very excited, until I went online to check things out. Thank you to all those who posted their story. You saved me from falling prey to this scam.
I received a letter indicating i had won $1,325,000 or a 30-year annuity of $2,000,000; however, i needed to send a acquisition fee of $12.99 to the office of anc Award notification commission) within 7 days. Checking on the web i found many others who had received similar letters, indicating fraud.
If it was possible to rate you a zero I would have. I received my letter today also wanting me to send in $ 14.98. I also thought why would I have to send in money if I am the one who won $1,325,000.00 net.? SHAME ON YOU FOR TREATING HARD WORKING FOLKS LIKE TRASH. GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU IN THE DAY OF HIS RETURN.
SCAM LETTER FROM JUDGING OFFICE & DECISIONS CENTER
YES! I AS WELL JUST RECIEVED THE SAME LETTER EXCEPT IT WANTS 14.98 IN ADVANCE.. I THOUGHT THE SAME THIME THE MOST OF YOU DID , WHY , IF I WON DO THEY WANT MONEY FROM ME?! ANYWAY I AM NOT WASTEING EVEN ONE STAMP ON THEM. NICE TRY PEOPLE. GOD WILL GET YOU IN THE END.
This ripoff company is still in business. Guess Kansas City, Missouri, BBB, US Post Office, etc must not care if they continually attempt to rip people off.
I have NEVER received any kind of award notification until this month. The weird thing is that about a month ago (or less), I did access PCH via on-line, and provided my info...
I received a check in the mail that was made out to me. It all looks real except there was no check number indicating to me that this was a fraud. The letter supposedly has a corporate seal, which is not for real. They are requesting a fee of $11.89 for processing the award winning money. They also said that you can send money, which another indicator that this is fraud. The paper work really looks for real.

I also received a letter with info stating I would receive a check for $1,327,940.00 if I returned $12.99 to them!
What a SCAM!!
How do we get rid of this company?? It comes out at the same time as the Publisher's Clearing House giveaway, so I
thought it was connected to them until I read the letter.
No way should anyone do this!

Scam coming from PCH?
I have NEVER received any kind of award notification until this month. The weird thing is that about a month ago (or less), I did access PCH via on-line, and provided my info...
I received a letter in my mailbox telling me that I won $1,230,946.00 or a lump sum of $2,000,000.00. As I was
readingthe letter I noticed that they were asking for a Acquisition fee for Preminum offer is due and must be enclosed as
required $12.99 plus 3.00 for rush processing.
I knew this was a scam because I never entered a contest so I decided to check up on the company Commissioner of
Judging Processing Division AWARD NOTIFICATION COMMISSION at PO Box 2905 Kansas City Ks, 66110 online and found
others that have gotten the same letter. I never sent any money to them until I had checked them out and found them to
be scammers. How could people send such a letter out and tell them they won a large amount of money when all they
wanted was your money...SCAMMERSK.
I received a check in the mail that was made out to me. It all looks real except there was no check number indicating to me that this was a fraud. The letter supposedly has a corporate seal, which is not for real. They are requesting a fee of $11.89 for processing the award winning money.
