Also their 14 day trial is from the day you order NOT from the day received. It took 7 days for me to receive the product. When I called to cancel the product the representative told me most people took at least 6 weeks before results could be noticed. She told me the she took the product and it took her at least 6 weeks before she could tell results and asked if I would keep it another month and she would send me another bottle. Of course I said no. I have filed a dispute with my American Express. I will file in small claims court here in Campbell County Tennessee. I am certain Judge Joe Ayers will agree that their sales practice violates consumer law and when looking at the sales web page one can clearly see that if researched and reading the terms and conditions when drawn to the information a person would not order it for an additional $85. Review the company sales page and you will agree the company has went out of the way to trick a person into buying that is free just pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. I was tricked into believing that I would be awarded a free 30 day supply bottle of Vitamax Garcinia Cambogia for taking part in an online survey. After canceling any further shipments of the product the very next day as required as a condition within a 14 day window, three weeks later I was billed $89.95.
I immediately contacted my credit card customer service to dispute and refuse the charged amount. I also contacted JRM marketing Solutions LLC again and was told that no record of my cancelation could be found and that my bottle was a trial bottle and that is why I was being charged the $89.95.
Admittedly I did not keep track of the cancelation confirmation I was given and had to settle for only half of my money back. A very stupid mistake on my part. One that complimented a deceptive marketing and customer service practice.
I purchased the trial sample of Vitamax garcinia Cambogia and I did receive It. About 2 weeks later I was billed 89.95 and did not receive anything. I called my bank to refuse the charge and things just got worse. The charge was reversed. I had tried to call the Vitamax company but the phone number I was given did not work!! Last Saturday they tried to make another $89.95 withdraw from my card and luckily the bank did not allow it to go through. I am very concerned that this company is allowed to take our money without sending us anything for it. I am contacting the BBB in the morning. I also have a Vitamax phone number 1800-848-2649.
