Joshua Schumann is a total fraud. He came to America over 8 months ago and told everyone he was inheriting 500Million dollars from his families trust. This is a lie. He told people he is investing in hotels, resturants and other businesses when he finishes up on his so called paper work from his inherience this is a lie. He will drag out deals and pass off fake documents claiming he has money and falsifing bank records to show people he has the money. He sets up deals as a hobby. He does this as a hobby. So meanwhile when real people who are handing real business deals using real money paying real lawyers and real realestate fees this fake lying bloke is never ever going to close on any deals. I think your arrogance has failed to allow the facts swell to your head - let me highlight them for you.
a) You signed a contract with me to fund a project, the termination or non performance clause states a 250k USD default payment which you are in breach of - whilst you claim the contract had no "validity" but the one I allegedly singed with you does, if a very poor legal stance, as I wrote them both - and two lawyers viewed them.
b) You as part of the "proof of funds" fraudulently doctored and altered Westpac, and ANZ banking documents and submitted them to me whilst highlighting that you had sent money to a solicitors trust account, knowing that this solicitors "George Hoddle" was not longer at this firm and was not under any circumstance acting for you, and that you had no such funds - my limited knowledge of the law indicates to me that this is FRAUD
c) We have sufficient email documentation between us that highlight that you were fully aware of the 250k USD breach - (As does Tony)
d) You have been introduced to my associates in New York, to which you have utterly embarrassed me and my Family with your claims that you run a $500 million dollar fund and you have "Millions" in trust which we both know is completely and utterly false and probably another attempt to commit acts of fraud. (we have obtained supporting statements from these parties in writing)
e) You have failed to inform perspective business associates that you are in fact bankrupt I believe that is another criminal act
g) I am not sure of the American authorities are aware of these factors and or your bankruptcy
f) I have suffered a substantial financial loss due to your fraudulent funding attempts with my business tuneit as a result of your claims of investments, in which we lost key members of the business
I could continue to list the floors and criminal acts that you have committed - now when you in future want to ask me to "show you some f***ing respect" and claim that " I am in the wrong" or "how dare I write a message like that" I will state this, you are a very lucky person that I have not engaged with proceedings against you - you can have all the lawyers defending you, but they cannot simply deviate from the facts and they are black and white - Just because you are in America it does not mean you are untouchable, my reach, my families reach, my associates reach is far greater than you will ever have. So if you want to flex, be prepared for the repercussions, it is evident you are not in a financial position to play games - and even if you were you would lose.

In the past I have asked you for money,because as you know I have pressing debts, & you have said you would take care of them.In fact you have made arrangements with some of them to pay them out. We know this has not happened. As you would be aware the broken promise really pisses them off.

Further to our conversation today, with regard to outstanding balance of $25,000. owing to Global Fiduciary Services P/L, you acknowledge the debt and have advised you are currently liaising with your parties to finalise payment. As discussed with you, the agreement with GFS, confirmed by your verbal and written acceptance of responsibility and payment of debt, was to be paid within 2 days of receipt of Due Diligence report.
The payment was due July 2013. GFS have forwarded correspondence requesting payment, including Formal Default Notice, August 8th and October 7th 2013, with no response.
In our conversation we agreed you would renew verbal contact with Phillip Taylor, GFS, to keep him informed of the progress of payment, with contact to be made by yourself to Phil direct no later than Friday 15 November 2013. We ask for you to to maintain this agreement to avoid the process of further debt recovery and costs.
We thank you for the opportunity of brief conversation with you today and look forward to continued liaison to resolve the outstanding payment due.

In good faith I felt the need to reach out to you one final time regarding our closing which from our last conversation and emails was going to be this coming Friday. You were suppose to call me this morning to go over the revised document that Mike wheeler put together with an agreed payment schedule. The call never came ! So yes I,m nervous !
I have worked extremely hard to get the ASL to this stage as well as developing the other assets within my business and will not jeopardize that work and time that has been put in to this nor the professional relationships that I have developed along the way, I have stated before I have a fiduciary responsibility to my partners and I will not damage theirs or my own reputation by agreeing to delay in closing any further.
So please don't take this as a threat or over react as I am not over reacting to this mornings lack of communication ! I am however frustrated and I,m getting the sense that this is just going to turn into another delay and one that at this point will no longer take.
I feel I have been more than patient waiting at this stage and have been understanding with your situation but now I feel that it is at a stage where by I need to stress to you that if the deal is not closed and funds transferred by Friday I will have no other alternative than to part company with you and will not be going forward in this venture with the Shumman Trust.
It is my hope that you are just way to busy and that you could not call me this morning and again a call or a text would have been appropriate, it is my hope that we can finally move forward as agreed upon and finally close the deal this Friday.

He hides behind lawyers that are also fooled by him in hopes of a big payday. I mean afterall a man claiming to be worth a half billion is a gold mine to a lawyer.
