I hired Joshua Keith Ward working under a company name of Tulsa Quality Home Improvements. He started working and kept asking for money for supplies and then telling me stories about why he could not complete the work and that it would be done next week. He would often show up for an hour and then leave to get supplies at Lowes and not be back for days. He finally gave up and told me he would refund my money but now his phone is no longer working and he is being elusive. Trying to get my money back.
