Mr. Joseph a. Miner rents houses that are unfit for habitat. We rented a house from this slumlord and he lied from the get go. The dump was in desert hot springs and had several problems such as electrical wiring loose and hanging free, faulty appliances, leaking septic tank that kept backing up, cockroaches that he said we brought, broken sprinkler system, a hot tub that electrocuted me one time, and several other things that makes him a slumlord. We refused to pay rent until things were fixed and it pissed him off, he asked to trade rent for sex with my minor daughter because he had a right to payment in any form and that's when we left. He has since posted a blog about our family and what losers we are which is completely fabricated bs. This has caused us to not be able rent, it has cost me jobs, and my our lives hell. This man is a scumbag sexual predator who rents shacks. He will lie to your face, stab your back and try to have sex with your children, he needs to be put under a prison.
