On Feb 4th We placed an order on joowel.com for some Pandora charms. The site stated that 7-10 day processing time was needed for the order to be filled.
On Feb19th we sent a message requesting order status. We did not receive a reply until Feb 21st. which stated
"It usually takes 7-10 business days for us to process each order, which is also advised on our site. Thank you for your business.
Your order is going to dispatch from our facility very soon."
Even though it had already been 15 days, we decided to be pateint because a shipping label was created on the 21st.
We then tracked the tracking number and saw that the package was never shipped. We then sent the following message on Feb 27th.
"This is the most terrible service I have ever experienced.
This order was placed on Feb 4th. This should have allowed plenty of time for processing and shipping in order for the items to arrive as a gift for Valentines day.
When I inquired about the order I received a rude template in response that did not actually apply to my order.
Then I get a shipment notification that a label was created on the 21st. According to tracking the order STILL has not shipped and it has been 23 days!
At this point here is what I expect for you to make this right. The order will be packed and shipped overnight TODAY for delivery tomorrow. I also expect a refund for the shipping fees paid. Otherwise I will be forced to leave feedback reflecting my experience on the appropriate venues. You have 5 hours to respond."
on the 27th received this response
"Your order was collected today, you should receive very soon.
NO.791088 is out of stock, do you want a refund of this safety chain or a refund? It should come in our next replenish shipment early next week.
And I am sorry about that, there is some delay of shipment from Thailand, since they are celebrating lunar New Year, I would like to offer you $10 store credit :)"
We then responded with
"This entire experience is rediculous. I see the tracking number has not been updated so it looks like the order still is not shipped and once again you lied. Cancel the order. I expect a full refund . I made it very clear in my last email what it would take to make this right, and I don't feel those requests were unreasonable given the terrible service we have recieved thus far.
So, I repeat: cancel the order and process a full refund. If the refund is not prompt we will have to take this dispute to the next level.
We have not received any reply or a refund. The tracking number has now magically updated DAYS aftr we requested tge order be cancelled. We still have no merchandise, no refund and no communication from this company.
I paid for my order at the end of April, and on the website had that due to how busy they were it would take 5-7 business days to ship. It took 6 weeks. I was really excited to receive my goods - and when I open the package it is the wrong one. I waited over a month for the wrong product. (emailing all the while to find out where it was and was getting responses back from my emails then) Once I tried to make communication to fix the issue, I have heard no responses. So, I have paid for a product that I have never received, and now that I am trying to work at getting the correct item that I paid for no one is responding back. The phone number provided on the shipping package is not in service. Hands down the worst customer serivce I have ever received. I urge people to do their research before giving any money to this company......after I've now read the reviews it is clearly a common occurrence that they clearly do not care about. They fail to delivure on numerous occassions!!!!
This is a scam to sell counterfeit Pandora jewelry. These people are not legitimate and operate without any kind of good business scruples. They do not have a store in Las Vegas. They work out of a rented post office box In a shady strip mall. They have no phone number. Get smart and save yourself a lot of problems, find a real Pandora distributor.
I placed an order on March19th 2015. After several emails they changed the status to shipped. That was on April the 8th. I still have not received it. The tracking site they give you does not work so I called USPS in Las Vegas NV 89107 . They said 8 others were generated for that company but none of them have been scanned in. She said that the store still has these orders. I have emailed them 3 times today with no answers. I have been scammed they have my money I have nothing.

Another 7 days to receive the item once it is shipped. I finally received my charms. I ordered over $300.00 worth. The charms are FAKE> They are not Pandora. They are not gold. They are purchasing items from china. They ARE NOT authorized Pandora retailers!! I've contacted Pandora and turned them up.
