I purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey from Jones Junction on in May of 2015. I was told that my vehicle came with Sirius satellite radio. Before driving my vehicle off the lot I was reminded of my free one year membership to Sirius. After getting home I discovered that my Journey in fact did not come with Sirius radio. I contacted the salesman who blew me off for two days and after returning a rental then confronted me in front of a showroom full of employees as well as customers yelling that he had never told me that. I preceded to contact the president of the company who said not to worry about it, that he would get it taken care of. I returned my vehicle to them and after having it an entire week I show up to pick up my vehicle only to discover they had installed the pod version that you can purchase off the Sirius website for $59.99. I contacted the president again and asked for my down payment back for all my troubles. He told me that wasn't going to happen. My only options were to have them uninstall the Sirius radio and receive a complimentary $250 gift card for service or trade my vehicle for a more expensive Journey with a higher payment. That is both ludicrous and not any sort of option. The Salesman still works there and was not reprimanded. Clearly they are no longer what Mr. Jones intended them to be. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and pick a different dealership or you are at risk of being swindled out of your hard earned money.

Was told there should be no problem. Well when i got there that was 100% NOT TRUE.
Nothing but problems. Also they kept adding like $15 in charges to the price match. SHOP COST OR WHATEVER.
