After Johnson Insurance/Unifund Assurance sending the SECOND auto/car insurance certificate stating the premium is $2806 yearly in total, which is a FALSE/MISLEADING premium, because according to them that is IN ADDITION TO the first premium $2527.
I emailed them I may not pay, but they got my bank account number/pre-authorization!!!
Then I closed my bank account, formally canceled the insurance by fax/mail, but they are still after me, claiming I authorized them for both premium thus owing them money, saying to place me to a collection agency...sounds like loan sharks, doesn't it?
Anything you call/email to them so they can declare you should pay them more for insurance, they will do and it's automatic official on record.
But if you want to cancel insurance/make claims, they want you to provide numerous documents/proofs, not accepting emails/calls as true/authentic, WHAT kind of business is that? Guys, this is the true face of a MONEY BUSINESS!!!
-> Never give pre-authorization, only pay them if you want their service.
I email them as following...

Debbie Walker and Linda Franks,
How can an outstanding balance exist?
I haven't signed any things or loans from you, have I??? any proof?
The deal I had with you was over the phone, $2527 from Dec 6/2007 to Jan 1/2009, then you hiked up the price without asking me if I agree to pay the new price or not! any proof??
I thought the new price was $2806, but in fact you try to charge me $2806 in ADDITION to $2527!! What a rip off! If I knew that, I would have canceled it in Jan08!
Then I found out about it!
I remember I emailed Linda Franks, saying that I may not pay the May08 payment, then you ignored it and forced me to pay, right?
I don't want to be FORCED to buy a service!!
What service have I got from you??? Any proof I got service from you??
I pay a service when I want a service, if I don't pay, then I don't want it, simple?
Don't FORCE ME!
$2527 for about 13 months, that is about $195 per month, I was insured by you for about 6 months from Dec 6/2007 to May 31/2008, so I should have paid about $2527/13*6=$1166
In fact, I have paid $229.73 in Jan08, $510.33 in Feb,March,Apr 08, that is $1760.72 ALREADY!! Refund my money!!! ....

Hello ... Here is an explanation of the money owing on the account:
You were insured with us from
December 06-07 until May 31-08.
The cost of the insurance was $2,527.00. Your first payment was in January 05-08 and you paid $229.73. Then there was an endorsement made to your policy (to find out what kind - you should talk to your service supervisor) that added $2,806.00 to your policy. You made three payments to your policy in Feb/March /April/08 which totalled $1,530.99. We did not receive a payment from you in May 05/05 so a $25.00 bank charge was added and we did not receive a payment fon June 5-08 because the account was closed. When the policy ws cancelled effective May 31-08 you received a cancellation credit of $2,902.00.
This leaves a total of $695.28 still owing on the policy for the time you were insured with us. Regards, Debbie
