I occasionally run Craigslist ads for guitar lessons.
Each and every time I post an ad I receive a similar scam from someone who doesn't speak or write english very well, who asks me to calculate the cost of an hour lesson 3 days per week, for a month, for their 'daughter'. Supposedly the child is coming to 'visit'. It's always a similar shtick they're attempting to pull.
My ads indicate that I will ONLY accept phone call inquiries but that I will refuse text messages and emails.
These people STILL send me text inquiries indicating to me that they either don't read the entire advertisement or they just don't care.
I have NOT fallen for this attempted scam but thought that I should report this anyway.
