I was told I was approved for a 2015 Kia SOul. Signed papers and paid 500.00 down payment via a credit card. For some reason the company stated I need additional info in order for the loan to go through. I was not able to provide so they advised to bring the car back and they would process a refund. I advised them I will bring the car back but the credit card I bought the car on had been closed and will not be reopen. The say not a problem they will send me a check. After talking to 4 people and they all lied, I spoke to Ray and he advised the check was being sent and should recieve in a couple of days. That same day he emails me and says that there company cannot do that after he already said the check was mailed. It has been 2 weeks since I have returned the car and still havent resolved this. JOE MEYERS KIA HAS MY DOWNPAYMENT AND WONT REFUND ME..all of this over a lousy 500.00.
