Joe Dileo represented himself as a seasoned lead genertaor, i paid him $6500 after doing diligenge and calling his reccomendations. I called them and they called me back representing themselves as the people that I was told they were (same numbers) while cross referancing their wesbites.
Allthough now these parties swear that they have never heard of Joe Dileo. So either Joe's got a majoir identifty scam going on or these referals are really in on it with him. They are popular realtors so they will remain nameless untill they are proven guilty.
Joe took my money and called a few times with convincing follow ups for a couple of months but has never reponded in at least 6 months. I'm a big fool no doubt but please stear clear of this fraud.
Fool me once, fool me twice but after that I've got nothing to loose Joe.
Last March 2014, Joe DeLeo called me and told me he had a successful business getting listing appointments for Realtors. He had a team of phone people who were trained to make calls and they would set listing appointments for me. On the successful close of a listing I would pay a 20% referral. He was so confident in his system he guarnteed a full refund of our initial investment of $5,500. I talked with him at length and decided I had nothing to loose. He told me I had to pay by cashiers check and send it via FedEx with a tracking Number. I dutifully did this and then the next day I received a call from him saying his manager was upset with him for discounting the amount and I had to send him a further $3,000 or they would cancel my account. I refused to do this and said I had hnored our contract he now had to honor his. He finally agreed.
Over the next few months I heard nothing from him and emailed or called every so often, he always answered his calls and emails and said it would happen soon it was just difficult in this market.
Over the past few weeks I have called several times and emailed almost every day with no response at all. I have requested my money back as per his contract but have heard nothing. I am currently speaking with an attorney to find out what to do next. I should not have to loose $5,500. This has obviously been a huge scam.
