We are a Sanitation Company. We've been in business for over 50 years. We were contacted by Norma of JNM Total Facility Maintenance Inc. to pump a 2 compartment grease trap at a restaurant in Des Moines, WA. She was given a bid by our sales department. She accepted and scheduled the job to be performed on September 12, 2013. She was given a credit line of 1500.00
We completed our work. Paid our employees, the disposal on the waste and the fuel. After months of trying to reach the company. Sending numerous letters of demand and leaving messages on voice mails. I finally spoke to Norma on November 20, 2013. She had to speak to someone else regarding payment. Still no response. She finally answered the phone again on February 5, 2014. This time she told me she paid the debt in Novemeber with a money order. She conveniently had lost the copy. We of course did not receive a money order from her company.
As of today May 12, 2014. We have called her and left messages several times. She does not return the phone calls. When she does answer she if very rude as if it's your fault she doesn't pay her bills. Today I found the Ripoff reports.
It's very disturbing to know these people are still able to steal from the hard working reputable companies out there.
